SECTION 25 <br /> <br />PAYMENT AND PATIENT FEES <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR agrees that it will not, without prior approval of COUNTY, bill patients for service <br />provided under this Agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION 26 <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br /> A. Attorney's Fees <br /> <br /> In any claim, suit or proceeding brought or instituted by either of the parties to enfome any of <br /> the provisions of this Agreement or to seek damages, the prevailing party shall be entitled to <br /> recover reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and necessary disbursements. <br /> <br /> B. Binding Effect <br /> <br />This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and bind the respective parties, their successors, <br />personal representatives and permitted assigns. <br /> <br />E. Headings <br /> <br />The headings in this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not to <br />be used in construing or interpreting any provisions of this Agreement. <br /> <br />F. Invalidity <br /> <br />If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this Agreement, or any application thereof, <br />should be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, all <br />terms, provisions, covenants, and conditions of this Agreement, and all applications thereof, <br /> <br /> <br />
