WITNESSETH: WHEREAS COUNTY and CITY have entered into an initial First Responder Agreement dated June 9, 1992; and 2. WHEREAS COUNTY and CITY desire to amend the First Responder Agreement, NOW, THEREFORE IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the Agreement is modified as follows: go For providing services as specified in Section 6a of the Agreement, Supplemental Assessment Funds, Exhibit A-1 will be replaced by Exhibit A-2. All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. July I, 1992 This modification of Agreement shall be effective on D~e'c/~'x~Yol'/~I,/1~)~ and shall remain in effect from year-to-year thereafter.
