I will make this brief. There is a very large and very steep hill separating Site 26 and a number of houses immediately to the North on Sharab Ct, Moselle Ct, and Sherry Ct. The elimination of very mature trees that is planned along that property line has the strong potential to create instability along that property line and thus a significant hazard to those homes. Of course the privacy of the homes at a considerably lower grade than the planned construction and property values would all be impacted a great deal, but the safety concern is probably the most significant in terms of due diligence and liability.
