0602875 Pike Pole, 6', Pumper, Provided by <br />Fire Department, NFPA 2016 <br /> <br />6' PIKE POLE PROVIDED BY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />NFPA 1901, 2016 edition, Section 5.9.4 requires one (1) 6' pike pole or plaster hook mounted in a <br />bracket fastened to the apparatus. <br />The pike pole is not on the apparatus as manufactured. The fire department will provide and <br />mount the pike pole. <br />The pike pole(s) will be a Duo-Safety 6' pike pole. <br />0004361 Tubes, Alum, Pike Pole Storage <br /> <br />PIKE POLE STORAGE <br />Aluminum tubing will be used for the storage of three (3) pike poles and will be located in ladder <br />storage compartment and in the hard suction hose compartment. The brackets will be designed with adequate reinforcement to <br />eliminate flexing of the body (oil canning). <br />0028046 Step, Spcl Width, Rear Of Body, 8", <br />Used w/Recessed Traffic Directing <br />Light <br />An 8.00" deep bright aluminum treadplate step will be provided at the rear of the body above the <br />rear compartment.   The step will be sized to accommodate the mounting of a recessed traffic  <br />directing light.
