The water increases that the city is proposing are not reasonable! They are in fact outrages! They are even more outrages due to the over watering of city owned greenbelts where sprinkler heads are placed only inches apart causing water wastages. During the most recent draughts, we watered our property as per your suggestions which caused our lawn and plants to turn brown and our bills during the summer were still over $1000.00. During the winter, our bills are excessive and there are only 2 of us living in our home.
