City of Pleasanton <br />3200 Hopyard Road Project <br />6 <br />Schedule <br />Rincon’s proposed schedule for completion of the Section 15183 Consistency Checklist is summarized <br />below. Based on Rincon’s understanding of the project and the analysis required, Rincon proposes to <br />adhere to a schedule that allows for completion of this scope of work in approximately four to five <br />months depending on timing of our receipt of requested information. The schedule will ultimately be <br />dependent on additional factors beyond Rincon’s control, such as receipt of a complete and stable <br />project description and environmental approach for the project. <br /> Kickoff Meeting. Within one week of authorization to proceed, Rincon will organize a conference <br />call kickoff meeting. <br /> Project Description. Rincon will submit the draft Project Description in electronic form within two <br />weeks of the kick-off meeting and receipt of all necessary background and project information <br />from the Town. <br /> Administrative Draft Consistency Checklist. Administrative Draft Consistency Checklist to be <br />submitted for internal review within ten weeks of authorization to proceed and receipt of all <br />necessary project information, including the Transportation Impact Study. <br /> Final Consistency Checklist. Proposed Final Consistency Checklist to be submitted within <br />approximately two to three weeks of receipt of comments on the Administrative Draft Consistency <br />Checklist, assuming no new analysis or major revisions are required. <br /> Hearings: Will attend up to two hearings as scheduled by the City. <br />Cost Estimate <br />Rincon can complete the proposed work program for an estimated cost of $55,717. A breakdown of our cost <br />estimate by task is summarized in the table below. Digital <br />accessibility requirements for public documents, including CEQA documents, apply to all California <br />public entities pursuant to ADA Title II and California Government Code Section 7405. Rincon offers a <br />variety of approaches and services to assist with compliance with these regulations.
