De Novo will revise the document to address staff comments, and then <br />prepare the final documentation for Planning Commission consideration. De Novo will deliver a final PDF <br />of the CEQA documentation to the City that is suitable for printing. It is assumed that the City would <br />arrange for the preparation of all required notices and staff reports, as well as publishing notices in the <br />newspaper, as required. <br />Meetings <br />It is assumed that all meetings with staff and the project team can be conducted via phone, email, and/or <br />video conference. It is assumed that De Novo’s project manager will attend one public hearing on the <br />project. We respectfully request the opportunity to attend public hearings virtually. <br />In the event that attendance at additional in-person meetings or public hearings is requested, these <br />meetings can be attended on a time and materials basis. <br />Budget <br />The scope of work described above can be completed for a not-to-exceed cost of $22,800. <br />Schedule <br />The draft environmental analysis can be completed within four (4) weeks of receipt of all project details <br />and information necessary to prepare a detailed project description.
