Ongoing utility costs equate to approximately $200 per year for streetlight
electricity paid to PG&E from Account 00140201-431133.

Condition of Approval No. 5 of PUD-58 obligated the subdivider to provide funding for a trail to
be constructed in the City-owned open space. The City received payment in the amount of
$57,379. When the City Council terminated the trail project, these funds were transferred to the
Callippe Trail Preserve Project, CIP No. 24767, as recommended by the Bicycle, Pedestrian,
and Trails Committee.

Condition of Approval No. 12d of PUD-58 obligated the subdivider to either apply a slurry seal
pavement treatment to Old Foothill Road or contribute funding in an equivalent amount to the
City’s Capital Improvement Program. The subdivider elected to submit a payment of $20,230
in lieu of constructing the improvement; these funds have been placed in the revenue account
for the Annual Slurry Seal Project, CIP No. 22504, for unrestricted use by the City.

Prepared by: Submitted by: Approved by:

Michael Stella, Senior Civil
Engineer
Norm Dorais, Director of Public Works

Gerry Beaudin, City
Manager

Attachments:
1.
