On-going utility costs equate to approximately $560 per year for street light
electricity paid to PG&E from Account 00140201-431133.

An additional $177,800 was deposited for the construction of a tot lot and landscape
improvements for Valley Trails Park, CIP No. 18756, which was completed and accepted by
the City Council on December 7, 2021. Provision 4.2 of the Development Agreement required
the subdivider to deposit $70,000 into an account. These funds were received and are to be
used by the City to fund the operation and maintenance of a newly constructed public restroom
within Valley Trails Park.

Prepared by: Submitted by: Approved by:

Michael Stella, Senior Civil
Engineer
Norm Dorais, Director of Public Works

Gerry Beaudin, City
Manager

Attachments:
1.
