The roads include City-operated public utilities (water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage) as well as sidewalks and streetlights. The subdivider also constructed a public restroom that adjoins Valley Trails Park. The Sycamore Homeowners Association will maintain the stormwater treatment facilities, as well as the landscaping that surrounds the north, west, and south sides of the public restroom. The east side of the restroom adjoins Valley Trails Park and will be maintained by the City as part of the park improvements. Acceptance of the constructed public improvements will add to the City’s inventory of infrastructure requiring long-term maintenance.
