Presidio Systems, Inc.
The contract with Presidio Systems, Inc., to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $250,000
for sewer and storm cleaning services will increase the total not-to-exceed amount from
$500,000 to $750,000 for Fiscal Year 2023/24. After using Presidio Systems to provide early-
2023 storm cleanup and damage assessment to address impacts most expeditiously, the
account funds were depleted such that there was insufficient funding to provide the cleaning
and inspection services those funds were originally intended. The assistance provided by
Presidio during storm response activities was a critical part of the overall ability of the City to
address the numerous localized flooding hazards created by the storms. To re-establish the
funds for Presidio to perform the original on-call work and for the City to have the ability to
quickly respond during the upcoming wet winter season, staff is recommending additional
funds be allocated to the current on-call contract with Presidio. Therefore, it is recommended
that the on-call service contract with Presidio be increased with available funds from the
Annual Storm Repair and Replacement Fund (441).
