Page 4 of 11 <br /> <br />Parks CIP Projects <br />In FY 2022/23, there were activities across multiple projects: the construction was completed <br />for the pickleball courts at Muirwood Community Park based on input from the community; the <br />design and construction were mostly finished for the Augustin Bernal Mountain Bike Trail, <br />providing a dedicated trail for mountain bikers, with completion in FY 2023/24; the design <br />phase of the Lions Wayside Park Improvement commenced.; the Urban Forest Master Plan <br />entered the design phase; the new cricket pitch at Ken Mercer Sports Park entered the <br />construction phase and will be completed in FY 2023/24; and design work started on the <br />skatepark at Ken Mercer SPorts Park. <br /> <br />Table 5 summarizes the full list of Parks CIP projects with actual expenditures to the amended <br />budget for FY 2022/23, along with recommended carryforwards. <br /> <br />Table 5 – Parks CIP Projects <br />Page 243 of 270
