Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />Subject: Proposal for Water and Sewer Connection Fees <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Baptista: <br /> <br />Raftelis is pleased to submit this proposal to update the City of Pleasanton’s (City) water and sewer connection fees (as an <br />amendment to the existing contract with the City for a Water, Recycled Water, and Sewer Rate Study). <br /> <br />The type of data we will request includes and is not limited to the following: <br />• Most recent detailed fixed asset ledgers for water and sewer showing the in-service dates, gross book value, net <br />book value, accumulated depreciation, and annual depreciation expense for all assets (Excel). If any assets were <br />contributed or funded with grants, please identify them. <br />• Any water and sewer capacity analyses <br />• Water and sewer master plans <br />• Water and sewer capital plans and funding sources for the next ten years, including the additional capacity as a <br />result of each project <br /> <br />Enclosed is a scope of work and schedule assuming final connection fees will be presented before the City Council on <br />August 20, 2024.
