RAFTELIS 2 <br /> <br />Proposed fees will meet applicable regulatory requirements (Government Code 66000). Raftelis will develop a model to <br />calculate the water and sewer connection fees. The model will be developed in Excel and can be used for future updates. <br /> <br />MEETINGS: <br />• Two City Council Workshops. These workshops will discuss the three primary methodologies used in <br />calculating SDCs. We will help the City select a method based on its goals and objectives for recovering <br />capacity-related capital costs. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Calculated water and sewer development fees <br /> <br />Task 3: Draft and Final PowerPoint Presentation <br />Raftelis will prepare a Draft and Final PowerPoint presentation of the water and sewer connection fees. We will <br />incorporate staff comments into the final version. <br /> <br />MEETINGS: <br />• Phone calls as needed to discuss the draft PowerPoint presentation <br />• One meeting to present draft connection fees to the City Council in June. <br />• One meeting to present connection fees to the City Council on August 20, 2024. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Draft and final electronic copies of the PowerPoint presentation <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 29 of 554
