Page 4 of 4 <br />OUTREACH <br />Prior to the start of construction, notification of the impact on the park’s daily usage was given <br />to the public and sports user groups. <br /> <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this action advances the ONE Pleasanton strategic goal of Investing in Our <br />Environment - Strategy 1 – Implement the four-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to <br />complete design and construction of budgeted capital projects, and Strategy 6 – Continue to <br />implement priority items from the Climate Action Plan 2.0 (CAP) to lead by example in <br />environmental sustainability. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Total available funding for this project was $2,014,543. The expenditures total $1,792,316, <br />leaving a balance of $222,227 (see Attachment 1).
