The size and scale of this proposal is completely out of character
for our single-family community of Valley Trails.
We have lived in Valley Trails for nearly 30 years and greatly appreciate the neighborhood community of
single-family homes. With only two ways out of our U-shaped community for hundreds of residents, the
amount of traffic that would be generated at that intersection alone would be overwhelming. Many
people in Valley Trails, ourselves included, frequently walk, run and bike through that intersection into
the Sports Park. We believe a thorough traffic study at that intersection will show it is already at peak
load several times a day, and worse when soccer practices and games are in full swing in the Sports Park.
Please deny this proposal and require the developer to reconsider the scope and size of that project to
be more in line with our existing neighborhood.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth and Ralph Rajs
Kings Canyon Court
