March 6, 2024 <br />Laura Melchionne <br />3132 Tokay Court <br />Pleasanton, Ca 94566 <br />RE: 3132 Tokay Court, Pleasanton, Ca 94566 <br />Bee Hives <br />To Laura, <br />AS you are aware Wilson Property Management and the board of Vintage Hills II HOA have been <br />evaluating the Bee hive situation. Laura, you came to the board to requests having bee hives in your <br />yard. And as you are aware, Rick Montesante (the neighbor at 3145) complained about the bee hives. <br />AS you know our protocol for the HOA is to have the Homeowner contact the City of Pleasanton <br />to get the guidelines and the permits if needed. We heard both side of the parties, and read the <br />information from the City, and after all requirements of the City were met; the Board of Directors of <br />Vintage Hills II voted to approve the bee hives. All the neighbors surrounding the home were also <br />contacted and no other complaints were found. <br />So Vintage Hills II “Approves” the request to allow the bee Hives; as long as all City Guideline are <br />following and the City of Pleasanton Approves the request. <br />If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us for additional Information <br />at Wilson Property Management 925-462-1101 x 712 Kandy or 925-462-1101 x 717 Linda.
