Section 2: The City Council approves case PUD-18-07M, the application of Anurag Jain for PUD Major Modification approval to 1) subdivide an approximately 1.4- acre parcel located at 3450 Mohr Avenue into two lots measuring approximately 44,237- square-feet (Lot 1) and 17,123-square-feet (Lot 2), and 2) construct a 2,288 square foot addition to the existing residence on Lot 1 located at 3450 Mohr Avenue, subject to the conditions as shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this ordinance by this reference. Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in “The Valley Times,” a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk’s office within fifteen 15) days after its adoption. Section 4: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption.
