(EPS) 42 <br />Table 24 Capital Facilities & Transportation Fees <br /> <br />This analysis calculates the initial residential impact fees on a per unit basis, however, AB <br />602 requires residential impact fees be charged on a per square foot basis. Table 25 and <br />Table 26 convert the Capital Facilities and Transportation fees for single family and <br />multifamily into per square foot fees using the average unit sizes for those units. EPS has <br />also provided a minimum and maximum per unit fee, based on the range of typical unit <br />sizes.
