Page 5 of 5 <br /> <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />The budget engagement plan supports the ONE Pleasanton Strategic Plan goals of Funding <br />Our Future by addressing long-term financial challenges, Optimizing our Organization through <br />community engagement in collaborative planning and information sharing to improve service <br />delivery, and Building a Community Where Everyone Belongs by leveraging input from <br />community representatives and conducting effective planning to promote a livable and <br />economically vibrant community. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no new fiscal impact associated with receiving this update and recommendation on <br />the FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27 budget engagement plan. There is current budget for up to <br />$50,000 for budget engagement options under Misc.
