The project includes the repair, replacement, or installation of new storm facilities to <br />protect property from damage associated with storm activity, improve storm water quality, and <br />reduce the work required to safely remove accumulated debris and silt. Work would either be <br />performed by City staff or through contracted services. Locations will be determined from a priority <br />list managed by the Public Works Department and in areas of upcoming street resurfacing. <br />Facilities <br />XXXXX Annual Facility Replacement <br />This annual project will replace deteriorated or failing building components to return the building to <br />its original functional use. The projects will include roofing, HVAC replacement, doors, windows, <br />exterior building repairs and parking lots. <br />Page 323 of 893
