<br /> <br />Philz Coffee Pleasanton: Drive-Thru Queuing Data <br /> <br />July 24th, 2024 <br /> <br />Emily Carroll, Associate Planner <br />Pleasanton Community Development Department <br />200 Old Bernal Ave, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />925-931-5608 <br />ecarroll@cityofpleasantonca.gov <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Carroll, <br />Philz Coffee presents below the technical details for drive-thru queuing from our existing <br />Fullerton location to aid in the analysis of the development of our proposed new location in <br />Pleasanton, formerly a KFC. <br /> <br />Development Description: <br />The proposed Philz is located at 1803 Santa Rita Rd, Pleasanton, CA 94566 (Valley Ave. <br />Cross-Street) in Alameda County (APN: 946-3295-11 with a Use Code: (Per Tax Roll) of <br />“3600 RESTAURANT - SMALL OR IN-LINE WALK-IN RESTAURANT / CAFÉ”. The City Zoning is <br />“PUD-C/Commercial-PUD”. <br />The proposed project is a former 2,479 gross SF KFC Fast Food Restaurant with a drive- <br />thru. Philz intends to remodel the interior and maintain the existing parking, drive-thru lane, <br />drive-thru window, and menu board locations of the KFC. <br />The proposed new hours of operation for both the drive-thru and interior would be 5am- <br />9pm daily. There would be approximately 4-5number of employees per shift. <br /> <br />
