Drive-Thru Queuing Analysis: <br />The preliminary site plan for Philz proposes to maintain the KFC stack of 6 vehicles in the <br />drive-thru: four vehicles in the area behind the window, and 2 vehicles behind the order <br />point at the existing menu board. <br />We have provided queuing data as requested from our only other drive-thru located in <br />Fullerton, CA (520 N State College Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92831) The Fullerton location is also <br />a former KFC and has a similar stack of 6 vehicles in the drive-thru. <br />The sampling of Fullerton’s queuing data is from 3 different recent peak day-parts for a <br />Weekday and Saturday pulled directly from hard system monitoring data: 6am-7am, 1pm- <br />2pm, and 4pm-5pm. <br />In summary, per the 2017 KFC analysis “the longest queue observed at any time totaled <br />four (4) vehicles” on Saturday within the 12pm-1pm period.
