The Evaluation Criteria
address the needs, benefits, funding, and additional criteria, including organization and
Human Services Commission priorities. This approach streamlines the application review
for commissioners to help determine the best use of funds.

The Evaluation Criteria will guide the commission as they individually review grant
applications.

Commission Evaluation Criteria for Review of HHSG Applications for Fiscal
Year 2025/26 Grant Cycle

1.
