Sep 24, 2024 <br />Ellen Clark <br />Community Development Director <br />City of Pleasanton <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue Pleasanton,CA 94566 <br />Re:Proposal:On-Call (As-Needed)Technical Assistance for Pleasanton ObjectiveDesignStandards <br />Dear Ellen Clark, <br />Van Meter Williams Pollack LLP (henceforth VMWP)is pleased to continue to work with City of <br />Pleasanton to provide contracted on-call professional consultant services limited to design review and <br />technical analysis of development applications for conformance with the City of Pleasanton Objective <br />Design Standards.This proposal anticipates the following: <br />●Relevant Community Development staff have conducted an initial review of the applicant’s <br />submittal and flagged items or inconsistencies for examination <br />●The development submittals will be reviewed by others for compliance with zoning,relevant <br />building codes,and local regulations beyond the scope of the enacted Pleasanton Objective <br />Design Standards. <br />●VMWP will be providing internal interpretation and clarification of Standards for staff and will <br />not be including public hearings or meetings with applicants in scope. <br />1.Scope of Work <br />This agreement covers VMWP services to be performed on request of staff.The entire scope of work <br />will commence with execution of contract and the contract shall expire June 30,2025.The entire <br />contract value shall not exceed $15,000.00. <br />The following is an outline description of each of these on-call (as needed)tasks/phases of work: <br />Task A:Development Review <br />VMWP will provide technical assistance for evaluation of development applications and interpretation <br />City of Pleasanton Objective Design Standards after staff conduct an initial review.The VMWP review <br />will consist of <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 28F5B703-43CA-4A9C-9D94-D367760F2C73Docusign Envelope ID: A8109593-EE7E-444C-A9E2-9F18AE6CF9A4
