We have been receiving entry fees
from new artists since Jan 11. Our planning committees are actively engaged in promoting
the event on social media and email. Our publicity committee is actively notifying art
organizations in the area and asking them to help get the word out to their membership.
Our website committee is beginning to collate the website gallery and catalog information
for the event. Leadership continues to meet with all committee chairs and the event
planning is going very smoothly.
Describe any significant actions taken during the reporting period.
Report 1
Beginning in October and lasting through November, 2024 we searched for a new top
leadership team for the event. This leadership team was cemented in late November and
the broad leadership team for committee chair positions was reconfirmed about the same
time. Surveys were sent out in August and October to the artists in the Tri-valley and we
determined the breakdown of registration fees that would be acceptable and built our
estimated overall budget on those new numbers and the estimate of artists that might be
participating. In December we redesigned the JotForm registration website. In early
January we opened the website to artists and began to accept entry fees and participation
Page 33 of 116
