project? <br />The project will be implemented using standard business practices of procurement: The <br />Board of Directors will approve all substantial purchases prior to execution. Warranty <br />documents will be maintained by our equipment manager and be covered under adequate <br />property insurance. Our Librarian and Musical Director will be responsible for music <br />cataloging and maintenance. The PCCB is very cost conscious and always solicits multiple <br />bids for products and/or services. <br />If PCCB does not receive funding fro the City, we would need to draw down our reserves, <br />and/or continue a search for alternative storage space.
