N/A, We di not have a specific project that is a true partnership, but PCCB will be <br />collaborating with other local non-profit arts groups to some extent during the 2024/2025 <br />cycle. This may include the Valley Concert Choral, Pleasanton Community Arts Council, the <br />Museum on Main, Rotary, and our Pleasanton High Schools, and the City's cultural arts <br />events. <br />Please choose a common indicator that your agency will use to measure participation. <br /> Audience (performance) <br /> Spectators (event) <br /> Participants <br /> Clients <br />Estimate the total number of unduplicated Pleasanton residents to be served by this <br />project. <br />To some extent every Pleasanton audience member at every performence or event, along <br />with every Pleasanton musician participant would be served. Our best estimate is between <br />2000 and 5000 which includes "casual" audience at Farmers Markets <br />Describe the specific population your agency anticipates serving with these funds and <br />how they will benefit from the implementation of this project. (e.g. low income, youth, <br />disabled, etc.) <br />To some extent every Pleasanton resident is a target audience member or potential <br />member if they are a musician. Grant funding allows us to provide our 3 formal concerts to <br />the community at no charge. <br />Also our band is open to any resident who has at least high school playing ability. We have <br />a very broad and diverse membership: Young, old, immigrants from many countries, and <br />otherwise diverse in any ways. <br />Please describe in detail what the community grant funds will be specifically used for. <br />The funds will be used for: <br />> Purchasing a used container. <br />> Delivering the container to its designated location <br />> Purchasing additional shelving as needed <br />> Purchasing 12 volt lighting and installation <br />> Moving costs to transport the library from current location to the container. <br />>.Costs for building a ramp from ground level to the container doors. <br />Describe how this project is cost effective and whether the budget is reasonable for the <br />anticipated result.
