and both residents and City Council should approve of them.
6. Please fix a few minor items in Exhibit A.
- Task #3 adds "...team will also review adjacent agencies’ bicycle
and pedestrian plans..." which seems redundant to Hexagon's
second bullet point in Task 2.
- Also, please add the Alameda Countywide Bikeways Network
(something City staff contributed to without ever sharing to BPTC -
see also request #5).
- Task 3.2 makes reference to "task 2.2" but there is no such thing in
this document. Should we assume this is "task 3.1"?
- Task #4, (BPTC) Meetings, includes typos. "up to four (4)" should be
"at least four (4)" based on the rest of the paragraph. The next
sentence reads, "Four Three of the meetings are..." which I assume
should be "Three". The suggestion that holding BPTC "...concurrently
with the community meetings..." seems disingenuous; community
meetings where BPTC is present are not the same as BPTC
meetings. If you value the BPTC's input, there should be a review
meeting after the completion of each task (Task 2, Task 3.1, Task
3.2, Task 3.3, Task 3.4, Task 5, and at least one meeting to review
community outreach prior to final prioritization of projects).
