1.18 The "Withdrawal Charge" is a percentage of the Account Value withdrawn under this contract. The <br />Withdrawal Charge will not apply to amounts withdrawn to provide certain benefit payments or an <br />annuity as described in §§4.1 and 5.1, respectively.
