Prior to notification of contract termination (but not thereafter). you may direct us to withdraw all or <br />a portion of your Account Value to provide a single -sum payment to you to pay a Plan benefit. Such <br />a withdrawal is not subject to a Withdrawal Charge. <br />4.2 Other Funding: If more than one funding medium is used to fund the Plan, the amount to be <br />withdrawn from this contract to pay a Plan benefit is equal to [(1) x (2)] + 3 + 4 where: <br />(1) is the total Plan benefit payable; <br />(2) is the percenta,,,e of total Plan assets held under this contract, as you certify to us; <br />(3) is the amount of any applicable Withdrawal Charge applied under §4.1; and <br />(4) is the amount of any applicable charges under §6. <br />GB8.OM-KuFIA3121 SpPport (SBR-NR457) <br />
