City of Pleasanton—Villages at the Quarry Project <br />Project Description 15183 Consistency Checklist <br /> <br /> <br />12 <br />2.4.8 - Construction Schedule and Phasing <br />Construction of the proposed project is expected to last for a total of <br />approximately 5 years, from 2025 through 2030. The proposed project may <br />be constructed in phases (i.e., not concurrently) dependent upon market <br />demand and other considerations. <br />2.5 - Discretionary Approvals <br />The City of Pleasanton has discretionary authority over the proposed project <br />and is the CEQA Lead Agency for the preparation of this Section 15183 <br />Checklist.
