City of Pleasanton—Villages at the Quarry Project
Consistency Checklist 15183 Consistency Checklist

128
minimum the 2022 CALGreen and the Title 24 Building Codes, which requires
high-efficiency water fixtures, water efficient irrigation systems, and
compliance with current energy efficiency standards. Compliance with these
standards ensures compliance with State and federal plans, policies, and
regulations applicable to GHG emissions. The proposed project would result
in a less than significant impact.
Therefore, there are no environmental effects that are peculiar to the
proposed project. The proposed project would not result in a new or more
severe adverse impact that was not previously identified in the Housing
Element Update FEIR.
Conclusion
With regard to Greenhouse Gas Emissions, the Consistency Checklist
demonstrates that:
1. No peculiar impacts related to the proposed project or its site have
been identified.
2. There are no potentially significant off-site and/or cumulative impacts
which were not discussed by the Housing Element Update FEIR.
3. No substantial new information has been identified which results in an
impact which is more severe than anticipated by the Housing Element
Update FEIR.
4. No mitigation measures would be required because the proposed
project’s specific impacts would be less than significant.

Mitigation Measures
None.
