The Project includes four residential “Villages”: Villages 1-3 are for detached
single-family residential homes (with varying lot and home sizes within each village); and
Village 4 which includes the multi-family rental units.

The Project includes a centrally located, approximately 2.1-acre private park with public
access. Residential villages within the Project area are connected via internal streets, alleys,
sidewalks, and trails, including a proposed multi-use trail within the interior of the site, that also
connects to the Iron Horse Trail.
