City of Pleasanton—Villages at the Quarry Project <br />Consistency Checklist 15183 Consistency Checklist <br /> <br /> <br />188 <br />The project site is located within PUSD and would be served by Alisal <br />Elementary School, Harvest Park Middle School, and Amador Valley High <br />School.31 All three schools are experiencing population declines that are <br />projected to continue in the coming years. Accordingly, there would be <br />sufficient capacity to accommodate new student enrollment associated <br />with the proposed project.32,33,34 Therefore, there are no environmental <br />effects that are peculiar to the proposed project. Environmental impact <br />would be avoided through the imposition of uniformly applied development <br />policies or standards. The proposed project would not result in a new or more <br />severe adverse impact that was not previously identified in the Housing <br />Element Update FEIR. <br />Conclusion <br />With regard to Public Services, the Consistency Checklist demonstrates that: <br />1. No peculiar impacts related to the proposed project or its site that were <br />not analyzed as significant effects in the Housing Element Update FEIR <br />have been identified. <br />2. There are no potentially significant off-site and/or cumulative impacts <br />which were not analyzed in the Housing Element Update FEIR. <br />3. No substantial new information has been identified which results in an <br />impact which is more severe than anticipated by the Housing Element <br />Update FEIR. <br />4.
