Page 4 of 4 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />In adopting the resolution for the proposed Agreement with Greenwaste, GreenWaste shall <br />remit 95 percent of the calculated value associated with the contractor’s recovery of the City’s <br />recyclable materials delivered to the City under this Agreement. The value shall be calculated <br />in accordance with the Revenue Sharing Calculation, established annually and divided into 12 <br />equal installments.
