Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />When the additional contingency was awarded by the City Council on December 3, 2024, the <br />anticipated project expenditures totaled $1,692,545, with a remaining fund balance of $72,860. <br />The approval of use of the remaining fund balance as project contingency would fully utilize the <br />project funds, with total project expenditures to date at $1,088,446 and anticipated <br />expenditures totaling $838,932. The project is completely funded by Park Development Impact <br />Fees. No General Fund money is used to implement this project.
