In some <br />situations, Diameter will participate directly in these meetings, in others our team will provide a supporting <br />role, providing any information the Pleasanton Program Manager may require. This meeting will review <br />program performance, adjustments to scope, any major risks or issues and present any high-level <br />decisions that need to be made. The frequency of these meetings is quarterly. <br />Ad-hoc Analysis <br />As part of our commitment to supporting the Pleasanton program, we will perform ad-hoc analyses as <br />requested by the Pleasanton program manager. These analyses will focus on evaluating the program’s <br />impact and implementation, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making and ensure the <br />program’s success.
