costs; non-availability of labor, material or equipment due to delays; or any other indirect <br />loss arising from the Contract. <br />7-09. Multiple Claims <br />In the interest of efficiency, City, acting in its sole discretion, may elect to process <br />multiple Claims concurrently, in which case the applicable procedures above will be <br />based on the total amount of such Claims rather than the amount of each individual <br />Claim. Any such election will not operate to change or waive any other requirements of <br />this Section. <br />7-10.
