We express this honestly and transparently through our price proposal. <br />The following hourly rates reflect our existing contract with the City for the Master Fee Schedule Update <br />and will remain in effect for this engagement. Rates are inclusive of all costs associated with professional <br />time, such as document production, and incidentals. Travel costs, if required, will be approved by the City’s <br />project manager and charged at actual expense. These rates will apply for the duration of our contract: <br /> <br />Title Hourly Rate <br />Director $210 <br />Senior Consultant $160 <br />Project Analyst $130 <br /> <br />Fees for this project are proposed to utilize our remaining balance on the existing contract for the Master <br />Fee Schedule Update services as follows: <br />Tasks 1 - 4 ................................................................................................................... Not to Exceed $12,000 <br /> <br />TERMS <br />NBS will invoice monthly based on work performed. We will not exceed the agreed-upon budget without <br />prior written authorization.
