City of Pleasanton <br />30 April 2025 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />Building upon the future water demand estimates developed under Task 2, EKI will further apply the AWE <br />Model to project water demands inclusive of post-2025 water savings estimates for programs analyzed <br />herein and complying with the City’s UWUOs. Findings will be documented in TM 4: Water Conservation <br />Measure Assessment and incorporated into Tasks 2 and 3. <br />Optional Subtask 5.2 – Compliance Dashboard <br />To inform future UWMPs, AWSDAs, WSAs, and other planning efforts, as well as track progress towards <br />meeting UWUOs, EKI can provide a Water Supplier Compliance Dashboard to enable tracking of existing <br />and projected water demands, demands associated with future WSAs, conservation program activity, <br />water savings from existing and additional conservation measures and legislative requirements, and <br />progress towards meeting UWUOs. <br />Optional Task 5 Assumptions: <br />• Comments received on TM4 will be minimal and will not result in significant changes to the TM. <br />Optional Task 5 Deliverables: <br />• Optional Draft TM4: Water Conservation Measure Assessment (electronic [Word] copy) <br />• Optional Final TM4: Water Conservation Measure Assessment (electronic [PDF] copy) <br />• Optional Water Supplier Compliance Dashboard <br />SCHEDULE <br />EKI is prepared to start work on the above Scope of Work immediately upon authorization from the City <br />to proceed. It is anticipated that all tasks will be completed no later than October 2026. A breakdown of <br />the estimated time of completion for each task is provided in Table 1 below. We will inform the City of <br />potential issues that may affect the schedule for completion or impact the anticipated level of effort. <br />Figure 1.
