The Associate
Clinician range is currently $84k-$94k and Licensed Clinician is $90k- $110k, depending on qualifications. Cost is
projected based on current staffing with an estimated 3-5% per year increase depending upon agencywide factors.
We continually recruit for a strong pool of diverse candidates, including those who are bilingual. Given the limited
qualified licensed clinicians available, we strive to expand this needed community service resource by supporting
Associates to advance towards full licensure. We will continue to evaluate the market and compensation agency
wide to attract and retain qualified staff.
Attachment 1
