B.TOD Implementation Agreement (MOU #2): The consultant will support the City and BART to develop a MOU outlining necessary actions by both parties in advance of an RFP, consistent with the implementation strategy. The agreement will be finalized and established by BART and the City; and the consultant team will provide any information required for the MOU and support the City in reviewing the MOU.
