On <br />average, the inclusion of the Senior Residential project increases the average delay across study <br />intersections by two to three seconds per intersection. <br />Approved Alternative 4 Conditions <br />These scenarios include projected land use and future roadway improvements under approved <br />conditions with the addition of all four development projects under consideration: Kiewit, Arroyo <br />Lago, Senior Residential, and Amazon.
