<br />Recommendation: Approve the fourth amendment to the professional services
<br />agreement with Bonita House, Inc. to increase the amount by $896,500 and extend
<br />the term for two years, through June 30, 2027, to continue to provide clinician
<br />services for the Alternate Response Unit for a total not-to-exceed amount of
<br />$2,020,416 over the five-year term and authorize the City Manager to execute the
<br />fourth amendment.
<br />11.Approve the second amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the
<br />Pleasanton Unified School District for a final term of two years, through June 30,
<br />2027, at an estimated cost of $1,641,339 over two years for the School Resource
<br />Officer Program
<br />Recommendation: Approve the second amendment to the Memorandum of
<br />Understanding with the Pleasanton Unified School District for a final term of two
<br />years, through June 30, 2027, at an estimated cost of $1,641,339 over two years
<br />for the School Resource Officer Program.

<br />12.Adopt resolutions approving the Engineer’s reports for Landscape Maintenance
<br />Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch),
<br />1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the City’s intention
<br />to assess the properties for the cost to operate and maintain the districts; and
<br />setting July 15, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. as the date and time for the public hearing
<br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution Nos. 2025-028, 2025-029, 2025-030, 2025-
<br />031, 2025-032 approving the Engineer’s Reports for Landscape Maintenance
<br />Districts 1984- 1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde
<br />Ranch), 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the City’s
<br />intention to assess the properties for the cost to operate and maintain the districts;
<br />and setting July 15, 2025, at 7 p.m. as the date and time for the public hearing, and
<br />authorize the City Clerk to advertise a Notice of Annual Hearing (Cal. Streets &
<br />Highways Code §22626(a)) 10 days prior to the hearing.
<br />13.Approve a maintenance and trade services agreement with West Coast Arborists,
<br />Inc. for tree maintenance, tree inventory management, and arborist consulting
<br />services, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,522,000 for the three-year term
<br />and the option to extend the agreement for two additional one-year terms, with a
<br />total contract amount not to exceed five years and $4,500,000
<br />Recommendation:
<br />1.Approve a three-year maintenance and trade services agreement with West
<br />Coast Arborists, Inc. from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028, in the amount of
<br />$2,522,000 with a not-to-exceed amount of $800,000 for FY 2025/26,
<br />$840,000 for FY 2026/27, and $882,000 for FY 2027/28.
