Page 9 of 9 <br /> <br />Contingency: The City has included a 10% contingency in each annual contract amount to allow <br />for additional crossing guard sites or service hours to be added in the future. If the City desires to <br />add additional sites or modify service hours, the City will send a written notice to the Contractor <br />advising of the change. Any additional services will be compensated at the same hourly rate <br />applicable for that fiscal year.
