Pricing Breakdown: <br />Monthly Service Fee: $4,250 <br />Includes up to 15 hours of consulting, reporting, and coordination services per month. This fee <br />also covers the use of digital compliance tools and subcontractor support necessary to fulfill <br />the scope of work, including time spent on platform setup and collaborative implementation. <br />Hourly Rates: $250/hour <br />Applies to work exceeding 15 hours/month, with prior approval <br />Terms: <br />Agreement is billed month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written <br />notice. Scope and fee structure may be reviewed quarterly to reflect evolving needs. <br />This document is not standalone but an attachment to the Consulting Contract.
