Ensures evidence <br />retained for prosecution. <br />Misdemeanor Cases. Should not <br />be used in the field <br />Filed by DA – Felony (Records <br />only) <br />20 years Added to evidence upon return <br />of a DA Dispo. Ensures evidence <br />retained for prosecution. Felony <br />Cases. Should not be used in the <br />field <br />PRA / Legal Process (Admin only)Until Manually Deleted Added to evidence upon receipt of <br />a PRA, FOIA request or pending <br />litigation. Should not be used in <br />the field. <br />ECTT 2 years Should be added to all evidence <br />where there was an ECTT action. <br />Training (Reality-based)3 years Digital content created during <br />department trainings. <br />Test 2 years Digital content created during the <br />training and testing of equipment. <br />For example, when training a <br />new officer after issuing of AXON <br />equipment. <br />Pending Review Until Manually Deleted DO NOT USE! This category <br />should never be used. It is a <br />non-modifiable field used by the <br />system.
