Ms. Rita Di Candia Proposal for SPBCP Support Services 3 June 3, 2025 City of Pleasanton, California Task 2.2 Assumptions: • Inspection unit fee is inclusive of all expenses (equipment, materials, travel, etc.). • Pre-inspection notification (e.g., phone call/email) to each FSE, to be provided by the City. • Notification letter/inspector credentials to facilitate facility entry for inspection to be provided by the City. • Assumes approx. 25 compliance follow-up inspections, which can be performed in one mobilization to the City; if required compliance inspections can't be performed in a single mobilization, additional fees will be incurred. 4. Assumes additional routine inspections will be assigned in groups of 25 - 30 facilities. If groups less than 25 or more than 30 are assigned, additional fees will be incurred. 5. Assumes additional routine inspections will be assigned in groups of 20 - 25 facilities. If groups less than 20 or more than 25 are assigned, additional fees will be incurred. 6. Assumes additional Compliance inspections will be assigned in groups of 20 - 25 facilities. If groups less than 20 or more than 25 are assigned, additional fees will be incurred. 7. As-requested Misc. Assistance to be provided on an hourly basis pursuant to EEC's current fee schedule (2025 Fee Schedule attached).
