Alameda CTC Agreement No. A25-0014 <br />Project No. 25ALA09 <br /> <br />Appendix D – Page 1 <br />APPENDIX D <br />LOCAL BUSINESS CONTRACT EQUITY PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS <br />As noted in Section I.14, PROJECT SPONSOR is obligated to comply with all applicable provisions of the <br />Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) Program, incorporated herein by reference as if <br />attached hereto. <br /> <br />LBCE Program Substitution: The LBCE Program allows substitution of Alameda CTC’s program if a <br />sponsor agency’s local preference program has been approved in writing by the Alameda CTC’s LBCE <br />Liaison Officer.
